No, we securely double-bag the waste and place it in your trash bin. This method is the industry standard and helps keep costs down while ensuring responsible disposal.

📅 What Happens When a Month Has 5 Weeks?

Your monthly price is calculated by taking the cost per visit, multiplying by the number of visits per year, and dividing by 12, so you don’t pay extra on months with extra visits cleanings.

🌧️ What If It Rains or The Weather is Bad?

We work in most weather conditions, but if it becomes unsafe (like heavy storms or ice), we’ll reschedule your service for the next available day.

🐕 Do I Need to Be Home for Service?

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of business while you go about your day.

🦴 What If My Dog is Outside During Service?

No problem! We’re dog-friendly, but if your pup is protective or aggressive, please have them inside or in a separate area during our visit.
